Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team. The role involves assembling complex mechanisms per engineering drawings and specifications, maintaining production tools, and ensuring traceability throughout manufacturing.

The position requires 1–3 years of direct assembly experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of direct assembly experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanisms per latest drawings and specs.
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and tools as needed.
• Ensure work orders and traceability books are updated throughout manufacturing.
• Promote safe work practices and clean work areas.
