Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating is hiring an Assembly Operator for our Huntington Beach, CA facility. This on-site role involves performing repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce seating components, while meeting production schedules and customer specs.

You will read detailed engineering drawings, assemble parts, and maintain tools and equipment. Strong teamwork and reliability are required; extended hours may apply. Competitive wages and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of direct assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanisms and assemblies per drawings and specs.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and tools.
• Ensure products meet latest engineering drawings revisions.
• Maintain work orders and traceability throughout manufacturing.
• Follow safety and establish a clean work area.
• Prepare and organize tools and parts for manufacturing.
