Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Seasoning Operator to apply seasoning to products on the packaging lines, perform minor machine adjustments, and keep accurate production records.

The role involves maintaining seasoning levels, calibrating load cells and sensors, and ensuring QA specifications are met. You will also assist with new seasoning tests and participate in routine line changeovers, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: One year of production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning line with correct levels and perform equipment checks.
• Assemble/disassemble seasoning line equipment and perform line clean-ups.
• Calibrate sensors and conduct seasoning checks on finished products.
• Assist R&D with new seasoning tests and trials and document monitoring activities.
