• Strong knowledge of wines, vintages, and price points.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of products, vintages, varietals, blends, and pricing.
• Promote wine sales and assist guests in wine selection.
• Open, pour, and present wines to guests.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and service standards.
• Keep wine storage areas organized and wine list up-to-date.
• Coordinate with staff on wine service and inventory management.
