Job summary

JOEY Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly server to deliver world-class hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will use deep menu knowledge to guide guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service from seating to payment.

Compliance with CA food and beverage regulations is required, including obtaining necessary certifications. Starting wage is $18.42 per hour with tips; full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years customer service experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local/state Food Handler certs.
• California RBS certification preferred or obtainable.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Navigate menu options and recommend items based on preferences and dietary needs.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Monitor delivery of beverages and food orders to tables.
• Prepare and settle guest checks safely and promptly.
