Qualifications

• 1-3+ years customer service experience
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits
• Passion for hospitality and world-class service
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist guests with navigating menu options and recommend items based on preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of orders in the POS system.
• Monitor and assist with delivery of guest beverages and food orders.
• Prepare final guest checks and process payments securely.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and poise.
• Enforce identification and age restrictions for alcohol in accordance with state law.
