Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu options and make beverage/food recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Enforce age verification for alcohol according to state law.
