• Proven outside sales experience in pool construction/remodeling.
• Experience designing layouts using SketchUp or CAD.
• QuickBooks invoicing experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Construction/renovation project background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in pool construction/remodeling.
• Consult with clients to define needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare layouts with SketchUp or CAD to illustrate concepts.
• Demo product features and upsell services or upgrades.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for on-site execution.
• Maintain relationships via regular communication and CRM tracking.
