Candidates should have a minimum of five years of carpentry experience, own tools and a reliable vehicle, and uphold professional standards, safety awareness, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience focused on decks, pergolas, and roof framing.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and a full set of professional tools.
• Must carry active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
• Comfortable with outdoor work, ladder use, and variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• High-End Construction: Build decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications.
• Structural Expertise: Execute complex framing, roof structures, and wood stairways.
• Materials Handling: Work with pressure-treated wood and premium composites.
• Blueprint Literacy: Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Project Oversight: Manage materials take-offs, keep sites clean, and follow OSHA safety standards.
