Applicants must have 5+ years of carpentry experience, reliable transport, and active insurance coverage. A team of two or more is expected, with OSHA safety standards adherence and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience focusing on decks, pergolas, and roof framing.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
• Reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials and a complete set of pro-grade tools.
• Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
• Comfortable with ladder work, heavy lifting, and outdoor conditions.
• Proven punctuality and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Minimum 2-person team requirement.

Responsibilities

• High-End Construction: Build custom decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications.
• Structural Expertise: Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
• Material Handling: Expertly work with pressure-treated lumber and premium composite materials.
• Blueprint Literacy: Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and building plans accurately.
• Project Oversight: Manage material take-offs, maintain a clean job site, and ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards.
