Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a focus on decks, pergolas, and roof framing.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and a complete set of professional-grade tools.
• Must carry active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
• Comfortable with ladder work, heavy lifting, and outdoor conditions.
• Proven punctuality and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Minimum 2 person team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build custom decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications.
• Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
• Expertly work with pressure-treated lumber and premium composite materials.
