Archadeck of Central Virginia and The Valley is seeking a skilled production coordinator/manager to assist the owner in completing projects such as decks, pergolas, porches and sunrooms. You will help position resources to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery for pre-sold projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in the construction industry.
• Construction management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing weekly production goals and plans.
• Ensure all details are clearly identified and communicated to crews.
• Provide daily updates on the status of active projects.
• Manage administrative tasks and documents for the business.
• Complete general warranty work.
• Serve as logistical coordinator for supplies and materials.
