Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Associate in its Industry Specialty Services Group to support nonprofit and grantmaker organizations with organizational strategy, process improvement, and technology transformation. You will engage in research, data gathering, and policy development, collaborating across teams to deliver value for mission-driven clients.

You will help document current-state processes, perform data analysis, and prepare draft reports and presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Organizational Leadership or related fields is preferred
• MBA or MPA preferred
• 1+ years in management consulting, advisory services, organizational strategy, business process improvement, or technology transformation, preferably for nonprofits

Responsibilities

• Executes defined tasks within advisory engagements including strategy, process improvement, technology transformation, and change management
• Gathers data and documents current-state processes and organizational structures
• Prepares drafts of reports, slides, and memos for senior review
• Assists in evaluating technology solutions by compiling requirements and summarizing options
• Tracks tasks, timelines, and deliverables and coordinates client meetings
• Contributes to development of services for nonprofit organizations
