Job summary

SSA Group in Miami is seeking a Food Service Cook to join our kitchen team. You will support daily prep, help maintain safety and quality, and assist with dishwashing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Live out SSA Group's hospitality standards by delivering welcoming experiences.
• Support restaurant prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet safety, quality, and guest service standards daily.
• Ensure proper food quantities for daily service.
• Participate in safety logs including temperatures and waste when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and assist with dishwashing.
