AC Hotel Pleasanton is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft beverages and light fare, ensuring friendly and timely service. You will maintain a clean bar, verify guest ages, and handle payments while contributing to guest satisfaction and team goals.

The role offers opportunities for growth, with a focus on accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and cross-training in beverage operations within a HHM Hotels environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identifications to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Take orders and serve/clear food and beverages to guests.
• Issue guest checks and complete payment process.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
