Job summary

Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park seeks an experienced bartender to provide friendly, efficient service in our bar and lounge areas. You will prepare drinks, check IDs, and assist with light food service while maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification is a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organize bar areas.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Check identification of customers for alcohol purchases.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Complete required side work prior to shift end.
• Assist with inventory.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
