Job summary

Employbridge, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Staff Performance Coordinator for a 4-month contract in Dublin, GA. This onsite role operates 10pm–2am part-time, focusing on workforce coordination, onboarding, and payroll support for the client site.

You will manage vendor contacts, educate the client on guidelines, review onboarding documents, run workforce reports, and participate in safety & operations meetings to ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience with client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and timely.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee before start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
