Green Bay Packers Job Posting is seeking a Titletown Seasonal Winter Operator + Laborer to maintain a safe, inviting ice rink and related areas. The role involves operating resurfacer equipment and assisting with park facilities across Titletown, Lambeau Field, and other properties.

Hours vary with rink schedule; this is seasonal, part-time work requiring hands-on, self-starting individuals with good people skills. Prior maintenance experience and a valid Wisconsin driver's license are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facility operation.
• Experience operating ice resurfacing and/or snow grooming equipment preferred.
• Hands-on, self-starting, take-charge individual with strong people skills.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both individually and as a team.
• Working knowledge of power tools and equipment.
• Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate ice resurfacer, ice edger, snow groomer, snow guns, water systems, snowblowers, tube conveyor, and related equipment.
• Minimize downtime through preventative maintenance and upkeep of machines and facilities.
• General knowledge of ice rinks, compressors, and chiller systems.
• Assist in installing/removing the dasher system and tube conveyor.
• Produce and maintain artificial snow in designated areas; snow removal as needed.
• Complete assigned tasks unsupervised and work collaboratively with others.
• Ensure Titletown facilities remain clean and well-maintained; set up/tear down for events.
