Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking Snow Removal Operators to join our on-call team in Milwaukee. This part-time, seasonal role supports snow and ice management across commercial and government sites, reporting to the Production Manager.

You will operate plow trucks and heavy equipment, spread deicers, perform basic maintenance, and work in extreme winter conditions. A minimum of three years of professional experience and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Ability to work in extreme winter conditions and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal on paved surfaces and walkways.
• Operate plow trucks and heavy equipment according to qualifications.
• Spread salt, deicers, and other materials using spreaders.
• Assist loading/unloading materials and maintain equipment.
• Fuel equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Protect company assets and comply with laws and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
