Job summary

Staff must be organized, dependable, and able to operate equipment and assist guests with skating. Position is part-time, seasonal (October through March with a few hours weekly).

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age upon employment.
• Provide courteous customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Be able to stand for long periods and work in a seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage admission policies and cash handling procedures.
• Sell products and run program activities efficiently.
• Maintain inventory, keep areas clean, and assist customers with equipment operation.

• Enforce rink rules and safety policies when skateguard duties apply.
