Job summary

Titletown Seasonal Winter Operator + Laborer at Packers is a seasonal, part-time position based at Titletown in Green Bay. The role maintains the ice rink and related areas, operates ice resurfacing and snow equipment, and supports general facilities maintenance across Titletown, Lambeau Field and other properties.

Hours vary with rink and event schedules; candidates should be hands-on, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facility operation.
• Hands-on, self-starting with strong people skills.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays and non-traditional shifts.
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate ice resurfacer, ice edger, snow groomer, snow guns and related equipment.
• Minimize downtime through preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
• Maintain equipment, buildings and grounds at Titletown, Lambeau Field and other properties.
• Assist with setup for events and maintain public restrooms and areas.
• Perform all tasks with minimal supervision and work with others.
