Job summary

Green Bay Country Club in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks a Grounds Crew member to maintain the golf course grounds. You’ll operate walk-behind and riding mowers, rake bunkers, assist with course setup, and perform general landscaping in all weather.

This seasonal role requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Prior golf course maintenance is preferred but not required, with a safe, detail-oriented approach essential

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required.
• Previous golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to high standards.
• Rake and maintain bunkers to keep them shaped and playable.
• Help with course setup and small equipment like edgers and weed eaters.
• Perform manual labor: digging, pushing, bending, and carrying.
• Collaborate on course and capital projects with the team.
• Maintain safety and equipment condition, and support landscaping tasks.
