Job summary

Total Wine & More in Missouri is seeking a Cashier/Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service and process transactions. You will greet customers, answer questions, promote our loyalty program, and assist with merchandising as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and 1–3 years of retail experience, with familiarity using POS systems and inventory software. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge for wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
