You will greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and help them with product knowledge, while adhering to laws on alcohol sales and maintaining a safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand for 8-10 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and bag products.
• Provide a personalized service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to gain product knowledge.
