Total Wine & More in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a front-end associate to deliver fast, friendly service as a cashier and sales helper. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help customers with product knowledge and stocking tasks.

This seasonal role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and adherence to alcohol sale regulations. Training and benefits support team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships, informing customers about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with bagging and ring-up processes.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
