Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading – Load/unload cartons and merchandise from trucks and conveyers.
• Sorting and Organizing – Lift, carry, push, and pull items to maintain a tidy workflow.
• Processing – Complete receiving, processing, and shipping activities per productivity standards.
• Technology – Input data using PCs, handhelds, RF equipment or similar devices.
• Safety – Perform duties safely and report hazards.
• Equipment – Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment as needed.
• Team Collaboration – Work with teammates, customers, and leadership; follow policies.
• Shift Preparation – Wear name badge, follow dress code, participate in start-ups, prep work area.
• Customer Focus – Respond quickly and accurately to customer needs and pack thoughtfully.
• Hospitality – Greet coworkers, show interest, offer help, and build trust.
• Finish Strong – Tidy workspace, replenish supplies, acknowledge contributions.
