Job summary

Macy's Warehouse is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Colleague to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping in our distribution center. You'll help ensure items are handled with care and deliveries stay on time.

The role is full-time, with hours typically 30+ per week, and may include days, nights, weekends and holidays. We value teamwork, safety, and a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and procedures in English.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Self-starter with quick adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload cartons and merchandise from/into delivery trucks.
• Sort and organize packages; lift, carry, push, and pull items.
• Process receiving and shipping activities per productivity standards.
• Input data using PCs and handheld devices across warehouse systems.
• Work safely and report hazards to the safety committee.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support teammates.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and colleagues.
