Job summary

Macy's is seeking Warehouse Colleagues to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping in a fast-paced environment. Roles require attention to detail, safety focus, and a positive team attitude to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service.

Full-time schedules typically 30+ hours per week with potential weekend shifts. Training, safety protocols, and proper use of warehouse systems will be provided to help you contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals in English.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with computers and handheld technology.
• Able to read employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload cartons and merchandise from/to delivery trucks and conveyors.
• Sort, organize, and move packages with accuracy and speed.
• Process receiving and shipping activities per productivity standards.
• Input data using PCs, handhelds, and RF devices across warehouse systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
• Greet customers and maintain a respectful, helpful workplace culture.
• Finish shifts by tidying workspace and returning equipment to its proper place.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to the safety committee.
