Job summary

Macy's Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, inventory accuracy, and curbside order delivery. You will help receive, pick, pack, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and ensure Ready on Time readiness for BOPS orders.

Your role includes greeting customers, resolving issues, maintaining the stockroom, and delivering orders with care. Teamwork, hospitality, and goal focus are essential in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and organize stock; prepare the store for success
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and assist with curbside pickups and order fulfillment
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor; restock merchandise and support merchandise moves
• Finish strong by communicating loyalty benefits and ensuring accurate order fulfillment
• Collaborate with team to deliver a smooth customer experience across channels
