Macy's is seeking a Warehouse Colleague to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in our distribution centers. You'll help keep the warehouse clean and organized while ensuring on-time delivery and great service to customers.

This full-time role typically requires 30+ hours per week; shifts may include days, nights, weekends and holidays. You will use PCs and handheld devices, follow safety rules, and work as part of a collaborative team that values kindness and respect.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English.
• Proficient with computers and handheld technology.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyors.
• Sorting and organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages continuously.
• Processing: Complete all receiving, processing, and shipping activities per productivity standards.
• Technology: Input data using PCs and handheld devices across warehouse systems.
• Safety: Perform tasks safely and report hazards.
• Finish strong: Tidy workspace and replenish supplies at shift end.
• Customer focus: Prioritize the customer and maintain a helpful, respectful attitude.
