Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Warehouse Colleague to help create a seamless, customer-focused back-end experience. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping, with attention to detail and safety as core to daily tasks.

Full-time and part-time schedules are possible, with weekend shifts required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English.
• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50–75 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload cartons from delivery trucks and conveyors.
• Sort and organize merchandise for storage, picking and packing.
• Process receiving/shipping activities according to productivity standards.
• Input data accurately using PCs and handheld devices across warehouse systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.
