Job summary

Brite Nites is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Seasonal) in Simi Valley, CA. You will manage warehouse operations to load crews, ship materials, and stage daily items for installers.

Responsibilities include keeping the warehouse organized, handling outbound shipping, and assisting with deliveries and pickups. This is a seasonal role from September 2026 through February 2027, with 30–60+ hours per week and morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Get crews out fast in the morning and help them pick extra material.
• Reset the warehouse after crews leave and keep it organized.
• Handle outbound shipping: pull packing lists, palletize, shrink wrap, weigh, and arrange drop-offs.
• Run errands: hardware store runs, deliveries and pickups.
• Pull and stage next day's material and verify before leaving.
• Keep every truck configured to standard, with two harnesses per truck.
• Track inventory, file weekly counts, and keep warehouse secure.
• Process returns during takedown in January and February.
