Job summary

Retrospec in Southern California is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, shipment handling, and general warehouse operations. You will use WMS and RF scanners to pick, pack, load, and unload, ensuring accuracy and safety.

A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. This role requires physical work including heavy lifting and occasional Saturday shifts to meet deadlines, with competitive compensation and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 70 pounds or more.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Warehouse Systems (WMS) and RF scanning for efficiency.
• Pick and pack orders to maintain high accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Identify products during unloading and perform QC inspections.
• Unload containers, inspect, sort, and palletize in correct order.
• Load trucks using forklifts/pallet jacks with safety in mind.
• Secure pallets with shrink wrap for transport integrity.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized warehouse area.
• Lift heavy items up to 70+ pounds as needed.
• Demonstrate flexible hours, including late shifts/Saturdays.
• Follow schedules, be punctual, and support team goals.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
