Job summary

Bright in Thousand Palms, CA is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by preparing rental equipment for upcoming events and returning products to proper storage after use. This hands-on role helps ensure inventory is clean, organized, and ready for delivery, working closely with Warehouse, Operations, and other departments to keep events on schedule.

The position requires safe vehicle operation, on-time delivery and pickup routes, equipment loading, setup

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail in counting and organizing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and follow Bright policies.
• Load, unload, and transfer rental equipment as scheduled.
• Install and dismantle event equipment at venues.
• Verify quantities and event details before leaving warehouse.
• Maintain organized vehicles and complete related paperwork.
