Job summary

Brite Nites is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a seasonal on-site role in Virginia. You will run a warehouse during the holiday season, loading crews, handling shipping, and staging material for the next day.

Expect early starts, long hours, and a solo-working environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include daily material prep, inventory tracking, and maintaining organization across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive trucks.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Available Monday through Saturday with a 6:00 to 7:00 AM start.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Get crews out fast in the morning and help them pick extra material; track tools and keep flow moving.
• Reset the warehouse after crews leave; keep the space tidy and ready for the next day.
• Handle outbound shipping: pull packing lists, palletize, shrink wrap, weigh and manage freight and air cargo drop-offs.
• Run errands: hardware store runs, deliveries, and pickups.
• Pull and stage the next day's material by installer and have it checked before leaving.
• Keep every truck configured to standard, including two harnesses per truck.
• Track inventory, file weekly counts, and keep warehouse/storage units clean and secure.
• During takedown in January and February, process returns and re-shelve.
