Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Indianapolis is seeking a warehouse associate for seasonal night shift. Pay is $17.50 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential, with On Demand pay available for accessing a portion of your pay before payday.

You will label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment, load carriers, and collaborate with supervision while adhering to all safety policies; this role requires lifting 50 lbs+ and standing 8–10 hours.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience – required
• Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
• Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership

Responsibilities

Pay

Shift

Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime including Friday (9:00pm-5:00am).

Job Duration

This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility's peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs.
