Job summary

Christmas Light Decorators is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, product staging, and a team of 8–10 associates, collaborating with Field Operations, Production, and Scheduling. The role shifts to a fast-paced peak season from October through January, with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a 20,000+ sq. ft. warehouse with inventory control and workflow optimization.
• Experience leading approximately 8-10 warehouse employees with delegation and accountability.
• Experience with inventory management software and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, product flow, organization, cleanliness, storage, repairs, refurbishment, and safety.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, accuracy checks, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and carriers.
