Job summary

Holiday Outdoor Decor seeks a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving during peak seasonal demand.

You will coordinate transfers, truck preparation, and installation support while maintaining safety and efficiency, using Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse management or operations experience.
• Proficiency with Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel for data and logistics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record for the past three years.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized warehouse layout.
• Coordinate shipping of new and used inventory and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Review orders against stock and prepare products for shipment or install.
• Source inventory from other locations or initiate purchasing as needed.
• Manage warehouse transfers between locations and supervise loading/unloading.
• Print tickets and prepare trucks and documentation for installation jobs.
• Enter data in Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel, and maintain system accuracy.
• Order materials and warehouse supplies to support daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the warehouse.
• Support logistics during peak holiday season, including evenings/weekends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with schedules.
