Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for a 4-month weekend day shift (Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00am–6:30pm) in Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee the warehouse team, manage daily operations, assign tasks, and coach staff to keep inventory accurate and orders on time.

You will train staff, ensure safety policies, utilize SAP and WMS, and uphold excellent customer service. The role requires 2 years in warehousing, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents
• Maintain exceptional customer service and safety compliance
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and provide backup to management
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Catalog and track goods and supplies
• Maintain 7S and clean work environment
• Work safely to protect teammates
