Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Vancouver, WA. The role offers weekly pay, flexible shift options, and a quick hiring process to get you started for the holiday season.

This is a temporary seasonal position with potential opportunities beyond the season and overtime when business needs require. You will be part of a hands-on team that unloads, sorts, and moves packages, contributing to on-time delivery during peak season.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Location: 3665 NW 32nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98660

Pay: $18.75

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: 5 days on 2 days off | 2:30AM – 8:00AM finish

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 6 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During Your Shift, You’ll

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
