Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate for an evening shift in Vancouver, WA. The role starts as a seasonal position with hours of 7:00PM–9:30PM or until end of sort, Monday through Sunday variants, and overtime eligibility.

Work involves unloading trailers, sorting by ZIP code, and loading trucks while maintaining safety and teamwork. Benefits include a 401(k) match, referral bonuses, and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in variable warehouse temperatures.
• Lifts, pushes, pulls, and moves items averaging 50 lbs and up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Support a safe, team-based warehouse environment.
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency during shift.

Job description

Shift: (7 Options)

• Saturday - Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Shift times: 7:00PM - 9:30PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.

"End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Pay: $18.75/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027
