Responsibilities

• Organize waiting areas and workstations for tax preparers with supplies.
• Stock paperwork and forms for each tax appointment.
• Review intake forms and guide clients through the filing process.
• Maintain orderly client files and secure confidential data.
• Communicate supply needs to Program Manager for ordering.
• Ensure site complies with Quality Site Requirements and Title VI.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and coverage for open days.
• Track volunteer hours and prepare monthly time reports.
• Serve as main contact for clients and respond to questions.
• Distribute updates from IRS to volunteers and clients.
