Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Visual Associate for the Princeton region in a seasonal flex capacity at Pottery Barn. You will support management by delivering World-Class service, maintain displays, and help execute floorsets to reflect the brand’s eclectic, modern spirit.

The role emphasizes styling expertise, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Availability on weekends and within store hours is required for successful coverage of business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of merchandising or visual role experience.
• 1-2 years in home decor/design or visual merchandising preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging customer experiences with styling, decorating and entertaining expertise.
• Interpret and execute visual inspiration to drive sales and brand spirit.
• Maintain visually compelling merchandising and displays to support store goals.
• Coach and model visual standards for the team.
• Ensure smooth execution of floorsets and compliance with store directives.
