Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing styling, decorating & entertaining ideas.
• Promote stores as neighborhood destinations for inspiration.
• Interpret and execute visual inspiration to reflect brand spirit and drive sales.
• Ensure merchandising and displays are visually compelling to drive sales.
• Model and coach associates to uphold visual standards.
• Promote the lifestyle and protect the image of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands.
• Replenish the sales floor and maintain visuals and displays.
• Execute floorsets within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with sales teams and value contributions of others.
