GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasons. You will deliver outstanding guest service in a sales-driven environment built around the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

The role emphasizes sales, store maintenance, and customer service with a primary focus on guest satisfaction and availability for peak seasonal days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the store environment and contribute to all sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and maintain confidentiality and ethics.
