GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales periods. The role centers on delivering outstanding guest service, assisting customers with video game needs, and contributing to the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

The ideal candidate will prioritize customer satisfaction, be flexible for peak seasonal days, and help maintain store standards, inventory, and appearance while supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Retail or guest service experience is preferred.
• Availability to work during peak seasonal days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and helping them with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise; ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; adhere to safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
