Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visuals, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
