East Coast Golf Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Seasonal Kitchen Line Cook for Sea Trail Golf Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. You will prepare and cook menu items to the restaurant’s standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team while upholding health department guidelines. This role offers meals, discounts, and opportunities to grow with ECGM.

Qualifications

• Education: High School
• Experience: Line Cook or Prep Cook preferred
• Knowledge of and ability to safely handle knives and kitchen equipment
• Ability to read food tickets, menus and labels
• Clear communication with guests and associates
• Ability to write out food labels clearly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Restock workstation with food products as needed.
• Follow sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follow food storage and handling guidelines.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform dishwashing duties and daily kitchen cleaning.
• Complete all training requirements.
