Macy's is seeking a Core Trainer to assist with onboarding and task-based training for Seasonal and Core Colleagues. The trainer will cover all tasks in their department, ensuring accuracy and consistency while cross-training in all facility areas.

Aufgaben

• Provide onboarding and operational training for new hires to ensure understanding of procedures, safety expectations, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• Support Core and Seasonal Colleagues in assigned departments by training and coaching on essential tasks.
• Conduct refresher training and retraining for colleagues not meeting performance standards.
• Ensure work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality expectations are followed daily.
• Partner with Training Ambassadors to ensure consistency and standardization across the facility.
• Complete training checklists and follow up to ensure training effectiveness and standards.
