Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Core Trainer to lead on-boarding and task-based training for Seasonal and Core Colleagues within our distribution network. You will demonstrate deep knowledge of department tasks, deliver accurate training, and cross-train across the facility to support operational excellence and hospitality.

Full-time schedules include weekends; you will train, retrain, and monitor performance, maintain safety and quality standards, and partner with Training Ambassadors and Warehouse

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Ability to train and coach diverse colleagues across departments.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and coaching on essential tasks to ensure performance.
• Provide onboarding and operational training for new hires on procedures and safety.
• Conduct refresher training and retraining to improve performance and adherence to standards.
